Welcome to Samuel Lovell Photography. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.

1. Copyright & Intellectual Property

1.1. Copyright Ownership
All images sold on this website are the original work of Samuel Lovell of Samuel Lovell Photography, who retains full copyright of all images at all times. Purchasing a print or digital download does not grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or use the image for commercial purposes.

1.2. Copyright Infringement
Customers are strictly prohibited from copying, scanning, distributing, or otherwise reproducing purchased prints or digital downloads in any form. The only exception to this is the use of a digital download for the purpose of at-home printing, for which a one-time licence is granted. Digital downloads may in no respect be uploaded to on-demand print services or other such commercial print offerings, any website, or internet service, including social media. Any breach of this condition will be considered to constitute copyright infringement, and the customer will be held liable for any resulting damages or legal claims.

1.3. Website Content and Design
The design, layout, appearance, and graphics on this website are the intellectual property of Samuel Lovell Photography and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. Orders & Payments

2.1. Order Acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the pricing listed on the website. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

2.2. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept payment by credit or debit card through the secure checkout on our website.

2.3. Order Errors
It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details (including shipping information and print selection) are correct. We are not liable for any issues or dissatisfaction arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

2.4. Cancellation & Amendments
Print orders can be cancelled or amended within 48 hours of placement. However, no cancellations or amendments can be accepted after the pre-order drop has closed, which occurs on the 19th of each month. If work has already commenced on your order at the time of cancellation, we reserve the right to deduct costs incurred. With respect to digital downloads, the product is made immediately available and therefore no cancellations will be accepted. 

3. Delivery & Returns

3.1. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs and information can be found in our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Delivery Delays
We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, postal service disruptions, or other force majeure events.

3.3. Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of photographic prints, we are unable to offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
