Refund Policy
How it works
Well, this is the bit that neither of us ever want to have to refer to again, but here it goes:
The packaging used to get your order to you has been selected for its robustness, but if in the unlikely event that your print comes to you damaged, please let me know ASAP.
Any faults relating to damage incurred by accident ("little fingers", or wine spills, etc.) after opening are not covered in this policy, but something like a printing error that sneaks through quality control before it came out to you would be.
Please take dated photographic proof of any damage or fault on opening, and inform me within 14 days.
After reviewing this, I'd then ask you to return the print, and you'd need to bear that cost. You'd need to have it back to me within 14 days.
On receipt of the damaged or faulty print, a refund can be issued. Or, if you prefer, a replacement at no cost - let me know your preference when the issue is originally raised.
