Shipping Policy
UK Orders
All UK orders will be posted free of charge to the named recipient on the order. If you make several purchases in the same order (for example, multiples of different sizes), they will be sent in the same package for your convenience.
If you require several copies to be sent to different recipients, this can be done - and the easiest way of doing this is by making separate orders with the intended recipients' names and addresses attached.
Orders will only be sent after the monthly drop's pre-order has closed and all prints have been made and quality assessed. We ain't Amazon Prime! UK Orders will be sent 48hr Tracked, so you ought to get an email when it's coming out to you. Make sure you provide one when ordering, and your mobile number too in case the postie needs to get in touch!
Example: The pre-order opens on 19th August. You purchase from this site on 25th August. The pre-order runs to 19th September, and on 8th September you decide to buy for your Auntie Eileen, too, giving her address.
When the pre-order ends (and another begins - how exciting!), the prints are made, checked, and get posted to you and Auntie Eileen. They'll generally be with you both around the end of September/beginning of October.
If you want it to be a surprise for Auntie Eileen, you can put your own email address on the order you're making for her.
International Orders
International shipping will be subject to a surcharge of £20 per order to cover the increased costs associated with getting your prints to you (the same applies as above: multiple purchases made in one order can be packaged together. Perhaps your Auntie, who is probably not called Eileen, can throw her lot in with yours to save on the shipping costs?).
As for your specific circumstances with customs and tariffs, I'm afraid I'm not an expert on international trade law. You'll need to deal with your own authorities yourself, as I do with HMRC. The forms I fill in to get your prints to you will reflect what you have bought from me.
All pre-orders will begin to be fulfilled at the conclusion of the month's drop.
Prints will be sent International Tracked by Royal Mail and normally take 3-5 business days within Europe and 5-7 business days in the rest of the world.
